What if I’m a beginner?
Perfect — that’s who this program is built for. You’ll get step-by-step workouts with video demos and messages with me, so you’ll know exactly what to do and how to do it.
What are the age limits?
Between 13-18, being slightly more developed rather then starting out so young means your body is ready to unlock new muscle quicker and more efficiently.
What if I miss workouts?
No stress. The program is flexible, so you can pick up where you left off. It’s all about building long-term consistency, not perfection.
Will training stunt my growth?
The short answer is NO. There has been no scientific evidence to support this myth. That said….. It is important to follow a professional program and execute perfect form at all times to remain healthy.
What happens if i cant go to a gym?
